Under UK consumer law you have rights when goods are faulty or not as described. This applies to new and many pre-owned items, depending on what we’ve stated on the listing.
Pre-owned retro hardware
We test and describe condition clearly. If something fails soon after delivery in a way that wasn’t disclosed, contact us with photos and your order reference.
