Refunds & returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains how returns and refunds work for orders from gametown.uk.
1. Cooling-off (distance sales)
For many goods bought online, UK consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason. Some sealed media or personalised items may be excluded where the law allows — we will state this clearly on the product page if it applies.
2. Condition of returns
Items must be returned unused, in original packaging where supplied, and with all accessories. Items that show wear beyond unpacking may not qualify for a full refund.
3. How to return
Email hello@gametown.uk or call +44 20 7946 0958 for a returns authorisation and the correct return address. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, return postage is usually paid by you.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we refund using the original payment method where possible, within 14 days as required by law in most cases.
5. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us. We will repair, replace or refund as appropriate under your statutory rights. See Warranty.
